I just buy the check valve bleeder screws at Autozone and install them in my calipers. I think they are like $7 for a pair, and I bought enough to replace every bleeder screw on the car. They made bleeding a snap with one person.
I'd always gravity bled, which works great if you are very patient. For the last go-around, I bought a Motive Products pressure bleeder. I'm a big fan. I had to use a c-clamp to get a good seal on the master cylinder, but once I did, it was a breeze.
I used the speed bleeders from O'Reilly's and they worked just fine for me. My wife doesn't like to hear, "Push" "Let up" a hundred times "in the garage".

Get the Motive Products pressure bleeder and a big C-Clamp from Harbour Freight. Trust us on this or you will struggle for DAYS!!!
Silly question I have power bleeder that has the chain but what does the C Clamp look like please.
Just a big c clamp that you get at the hardware store. Like this...
I put a board on top of the Motive Products piece that goes on top of the master cylinder, and then use the clamp to hold it tight. It works much better than the little chains they give you.
