Default Clunking Sound when Braking

Hi Guys, I've notice recently that once in a while when I apply the brakes I hear a clunk comming from the left front wheel. I can also feel it in the brake pedal when it happens. Doesn't happen very often, but I don't want it to get worse. Is it possible that one of my new ball joints is bad? Any thought or ideas on this would be great. I did notice that the brake pads on that wheel can move a little. But I don't know if this could cause the problem. Thanks Tim

I have the same thing in my daily driver ('91 Olds Custom Cruiser, 180,000 miles). So I'm kind of interested too.

Default Loose

Check everything out with brake parts and suspension parts. Something is loose or has to much clearance and should be replaced for safety.

You have to inspect it. Jack the wheel off the ground and try to move everything. At least one part is telling you to beware..............It may be critical.
