Default Cup holder?

Nuts! Wrong place for this.

Has anyone seen anything like the link below for a C3? I have the cup holder that sits around the hand brake...not good. I would like one that sits on the passenger sideperhaps anchored under the console.

I found, of all places, a dual cup holder with even a little center holder at Walmart!! It is black plastic and sits down between the passenger seat and the console. It fits like a glove!!!!!

Damn DB!! You know I like you, but I don't have your kind of time to whip out my camera and take a pic of every little thing. Go to Wally World auto section and check it out. You won't be disappointed!!

Yeah, DB. Don't you know how much easier it would be for you to get in your car, drive to the local Wal-Mart, walk to the Automotive section, hunt around and possibly bump into what this guy is talking about instead of him taking a pic inside his car and posting it?

Great then take some pictures of the cup holder in the store and post it so we all can see what it looks like.

Problem is that Hell-Spawned-Mart inventory varies a lot from region to region. The stores around DB and myself might not have something that's easy for you to get.

How much weight you'd add with wal-mart cup holders?

DB, if you go and check them in the shop, could you also put them on a scale and let me know?

I fabricated a bracket for my GPS and a couple of cupholders. The bracket is attached using the top two guage bezel screws. Of course this setup would not work on pre '77 because of the wiper switch mount.

I'll do that today then, but I don't think I'll buy it. Not unless I see a pic of it installed...it may not even work for me seeing as how I don't have stock seats.

Here's what I have. I bought it at Corvette America and then bought some blue interior paint and painted it from black to blue. I just checked their website and don't see it anymore. They have them for the C4.

I use the old style cup holder that hangs off the door panel with a clip that fits down into the door beside the window. $.99 at Wal-Mart.

I second that. I bought the $1.99 holder that fits between the passenger window and inner passenger window seal. In a C3 it's a good spot because it's easy to reach even thought it's on the passenger side. When I'm not using it, the cup holder also fits nicely out of sight in the glove box.

It looks even better painted to match with some dark blue vinyl dye I had left over from another interior project.

Here's a link to a similar one
