Default rear height

Over the last few months I've replaced several parts on the rear and used factory type parts.I installed a new leaf, shocks,rear-end cover, had the arms rebuilt etc........... My half-shafts aren't completely
horizontal, they're not kicking way down but they're not straight out either. As far as I can tell I didn't change anything that should have raised the back up . Is there any thing I should look for in particular?
Thxs,Terry

The bolt lengths and adjustment have a lot to do with ride height. What size bolts are being used? The longer the bolt, the lower the rear gets.

I'm sure their 8's. I didn't change anything other than the new parts, but then again it may have been a little high to start with and just wasn't noticing it.
