This guy joined up with us tonight at our weekly GTG....he has original engine/tranny etc, stored away at his shop...currently running a race prep 400 block, tremec 5 speed,3.36 gears...very clean and suspension set up for our mountain runs....I'll get more info on our next Corvette/Cobra run and post up some better pics..he has owned this vette 19 years..
Thats SWEET and a vert to boot!
BTW it was 8 degrees here in sunny New York this AM! Still drove the vette to work today! Heater was fine but I sure need to replace my weather stripping! Drafty driver window at the rear.

Nice Would love to see some more pic's!!! Tell me he want to sell it!!! smile. Muddy
I'll get some pics up when we get out on a run...looks like Jan 12...this vette really impressed me as he has tinkerd with it over the last 19 years...but,he kept body, interior stock, preserving the original LT1....it really hauls buns...

Great, will be looking for the pic's.. Yep, I can relate to what he did with his original engine...as I nearly did the same thing For me though...when it came right down to it... I just wanted to run and feel the original engine. Having said that...it certainly is in the back of my mind... picking up a project bumper (non original) and moding it to no end!! Sounds like fun to me Muddy
