Electrical issues? Brakes and Turn signals
OK guys,
I drove my 69 for a long drive the other day and when I got home the Brake light was fading on and off....and I just had the brakes all replaced a few months ago....so sure enough the Brake lights are only working randomly? any suggestions where to look for problems? or common areas....at the light in the back or in the dash? What am I looking for?
Anyone have wiring Diagram they have scaned in they can email? mslone@slonedesign.com
Also, just noticed the turn signals all come on but do not blink? whats my problem?
Any suggestions would be appreciated

Had a similar problem with my 76. It turned out to be the harness that runs in the steering column.
The first thing I would do is check all the grounds. Make ssure you have good connections.

I don't have a '69 wiring diagram but on the '78 everything goes through that harness. I'd also check the signal flasher and make sure all the bulbs are the correct type and the sockets are clean.
