I am re-doing the rear compartment doors and I have bent the **** out of my original hinge pins trying to put the doors into the frame... anybody with some tips on how to do this?

Not quite sure if this will help but at work we sharpen the pin to a point and put the other end in a variable speed drill, lubricate the lobes and insert gently, it should follow through.
Ooups,,, I think your saying that the frame is still in the car,,, besides removing it I see no alternative, unless you what to drill a hole in the wheel well and plug it afterwards.
the frame is quite easy to remove ,just a few screws around the perimeter and the whole top of the compartment comes off, it will then be easier to have some room to manipulate the rod through, while you have the compartment out good time to see if you need some clean up and paint in the opening, especially in the battery compartment which can get nasty

No, the new frame is out along with the new door frames and old doors. The holes seem tight; thats why I bent the pin I guess...I like the idea about the varible drill.
