When I see a C5-C6, I have to really look (mostly to see the headlights) to tell the difference. Imagine what the normal masses think?

There are a few subtle body features differences all around the car. One among the normal masses thought my 78 vette was a datsun.

I have to agree its about headlights. Think about the C-3's have the most advance circuit to get the headlight doors to pop open from 68-82 all the same principal. The C-2's had electric motors along with the C4's and C-5's the C-6's have fixed headlights like the C-1's. Starting to see a patteren possibly it means the C-7's will have the high tech version of a vacuum system possibly i would say magnets yeah thats the ticket magnets they will close and open the headlights doors by changing the poles on the magnets.

The black one is a 78 and the blue one is a 69.

I was just commenting how much they look alike beings they are both C3's . They almost look like twins other then the paint color , I can see why they're both in the C3 classification .
