I pay two topless models to stand there and hold them until I get back from a cruise. This is doubly productive when I ask them to hold my beer for when I'm working in the garage.
Seriously, I'm interested to see what's been done before too.

Matt, what else can they do?
No, I'd really like to hear as well. Space for parts on a complete disassembly is precious and these would be nice to put on the wall.

I know some people have used those rubber dipped ladder holders. The ones that have a large lag screw to mount them. They would rest the tops on those and secure them to the wall with a bungee strap.

G'day,
I've heard about those models, they're named Sven and Erik, aren't they? Does your g/f like them, Dboy?
Here is what I am using. I can't remember the original intent for these things, but I bought them at Home Depot. No need to strap them in, the angle holds them in place perfectly.

I've seen those at HD....thanks I think that's what I'll use

No problem. They work great, I've been using them for years now without issue. They sure are a handy way to store the t-tops, and I also use them to hang my folding car show chairs on.

Bought some today at Home Depot. They are less than $5 each and located in the hardware area where the have hooks and other storge items for the garage. These are called heavy duty hooks and show a sawhorse hanging on them.
Thanks for the idea! I have glass M-1131's so for saftey and $$$ I am still going to use a bungee for the added protection.
Im paranoid to drive around without them but when we just do A quick hop i puts tham on the deep freeze in the garage with a moving blanket under them.
More than anything I need a place to keep them out of the way when their off when working in the car....at present I'm doing a roll bar and seats/harness and they're laying on the rear deck
