Default How do I plumb this? (see PIC)

OK, couple things. The Holley 110 gph fuel pump only came with 2 tapped holes (probably inlet & outlet). What about the return line back to my tank?

Also, it looks pretty tight to plumb the gas lines in. Does anyone have any similar pics?

What year Vette, some pumps are 3 line, in / out / return. But it depends on the year.

Remember, the fuel lines from the frame to pump must be rubber fuel hose. You will need to buy the correct hose already curved. If you use a normal gas hose you will choke off the fuel to the pump when it bends.

The smaller line is the vent line cap it off with a piece of hose. The other is the gas feed from tank. Get a fitting the screws into the pump with a barbed end. Use the orignial corvette fuel line (S type) and hook it up, Use the factory type hose clamps on the main fuel line. The out of the pump goes to the carb use briaded line

I would re-clock the bottom of the pump (rotate) so the fittings are in a better location and if needed you can tweak your steel lines a little to make it easier. You plug off the return line, or you could add a Holley pressure regulator which has 2 outlets allowing one to be used as a return.

Just a thought

I had a pump like that and went back to the OE pump and hooked up lines like factory. I don't know what kind of HP your motor is making but I was told by many on the forum that the factory pump will work fine with a motor of 450 HP.

I switched from a GM Hi performane pump to factory with no problems with fuel supply. My motor is rated by GM at 425 HP. I'm not saying that is flywheel HP, just what GM is saying.
