Firewall Grommet Issues...

How many grommets on the drivers side and for what? Sources say you need to of the speedometer grommets? OK, one for the speedometer and one for? There's a big hole in my firewall...for what?

The 'mystery hole' is the one with my oil pressure line going through it...

What year are we talking about? I can take a look at my 68 later today if it will help.

Do you have a mechanical tach? Sorry I just saw you listed a tach wire

well if you have a 70, there is the speed-o, the tach-o, vac lines for the headlights and wiper door and the the mech oil pressure guage

Yes, its a '70. I'm trying to figure out what goes in the big hole my braided oil pressure line is going through. I know the oil line is in the wrong place...

According to the Doc. Rebuild information the vacuum grommet I thought was supposed to go there goes in the right side of the firewall....
