In trying to get some info from "Jim Shea's" papers, When I click on "OPEN PROGRAM" after I've chosen a link, I'm told that it needs to know what program to open it on. Assuming I have that explaination right, what program does it take to open and veiw the links to his information? Not the most computer literate, so be gentle. thanks.

Can you post the link here that you are trying to open?

Actually if you go to his site you'll see that it just says "LINK" at the end of each subject line that you might want to view. There is no actual web address shown for the "LINK". Again, not real computer literate, so maybe I'm missing something.
Itook a quick look at the site and it looks like most of his documents are Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word. if you "right click" on the link then click on "properties" it will tell you which one it is.

If they are excel and word, then IE6 or 7 should open and display them. If you're using some anti-gates browser, who knows....
