It doesn't look any different than the one on my original A/C 1969...
It's not that great a picture though, so there may be some minor difference that I can't see.
If it is the same as the '69, then someone is blowin' smoke up your ****.

The difference in the 68 and 69 is as follows:
68 does not have the vent flap lever that redirects air flow thru the upper vents.
68 one piece vent will only fit into the 68 a/c duct work.

You got that right! If all 68 parts appreciated to that price, It would take one hell of a bank account to restore a 68!

If it sells for that, I will consider parting mine out, take the money and buy a new Z06, maybe new Sea Ray, too!

, but they have been reproducing them for awhile now. '68 Nova's used the same ones.
...many, many people do not even know what a correct '68 original center A/C duct looks like. I've had dozens ask me over the years, and when I show them how it looks, most of them can't believe it.

Paul,
A couple of other unique 68 a/c parts: The driverside a/c duct that fits the 68 center a/c duct and the a/c selector switch that is mounted within the control panel.
I looked a looooong time for the driverside duct until I found one right here in the Parts for Sale section.
