My buddy and I spent last fathersday playing with the vette and making some videos. I finally got around to playing with some video editing software and putting some of this togehter, It was a lot of fun and i thought I would share the end product with you... I'll warn you its kinda cheesy...
Also I will toss out the disclaimer that, All performance footage was shot on abandoned roads that were prescreened for safety in regards to others. We had lookouts just incase. Safety was first priority, I do not recommend anyone try this with their car.

what video editing software did you use and what kind of video equipment you are using? I ask because I am using a Samsung HD Digital camcorder with 8mm tape and it is such a pain in the butt to work with in the ASF file format and then the video quality is no good by the time I upload to Youtube.
Lots of fun. My only thought is that the music was too over powering. I'd have loved to hear the car more, that's the real music with these machines.
Very cool otherwise.

I just using a Fuki Finepix digital camera that shoots video, I use the 640 setting and then I import it into Microsoft MovieMaker and do the editing and transitions..music...etc. Not to hightech. I plan to eventually get a HD camera.
But yea I see what you mean on your youtube video... Car sounds sweet! What exhaust are you running?

Nice job on the video. I'm itching for Spring, so I can shoot my video. BTW, I recommend this homemade steadycam unit. I found the plans for it on the web, and made it this weekend. I tested it out by chasing some goats around and also running up the stairs. Result: pretty darned steady video, especially for only $14 in parts!
Not to steal your thread, but I've been compiling a list of songs to use for video music. Here are my pics so far:
