Friends New 73/C3
A friend of mine who goes by " 2manyvetts " here on the form asked me to post the pics of his car for him. I know he's been wanting to show it to you guys but he dosen't know how to post pics. SO... He just came by and here are the pics of his C3. The car belongs to his wife Lynn who you see in the pics. He has a Jeff Gordon ( Nascar ) C5, but I mostly see him driving her C3 now a days.
BTW he just put some new wheels on it.

This car is a great driving car and the original owner was a Southwest Airlines Captain who bought it new. He then sold it to a Continental Airlines Captain who sold it to me, after advertising it here on the forum back in October 0f 2007.
The funny thing was that this last owner happened to be a running buddy that I not seen since 1973 ,when he had a 71 and I had a 72. I was 25 and had just married the lady in this picture, he was 19years old single and beginning flight school in Dallas.Both of us lived at the Century 21 Apts. near the Dallas North Tollway and Lucas Dr...she was the manager.
It was a coincidence that we made contact this way after so many years. What a small world we live in.
This car was to be resold after purchase but Mama loved the color and wanted to keep it. I quess she had her way.
