Hey all, just posting some pictures of my progress, this forum has helped me more than all other sources combined.
This is back when i thought i would just change the brakes and oil, re paint her and call it good, ahhh simple times
Then i tore the interior out
Thought that engine could use some help
Replaced the suspension
Got the engine tore apart
And got the dual quads set up (yes thats my living room, can you tell that i am single?)
It has been a long few months but the project is starting to wrap up nicely. Hopefully it will be back on the road in a few months. Again thanks to everyone for all the help you all have given me.

I completely understand the train of thaought that led you to this state. My living room has looked like yours at times and I'm married! I have a moderately understanding wife.
So, what started as a bleeding the brakes project has morphed into this. That is a serious case of WHILE I AM AT IT.
My question is, why did you park your car sideways in your garage and block both doors? Is it still in that conditon or did you move it before the major work started. Just curious.

yes, my friends call the car "project snowball"
I parked it in there like that just to bleed the brakes, so i had all the room i needed. I moved it a few weeks later to my new place, its now up on a lift, and i have the out building back for dock storage and other projects
