Wiper Arms
I was going to replace my arms (figured easier than clean and paint) but when I saw prices in $130+ 
range I decided to use the elbow grease. Anyway ordered new washer fluid hoses and started to replace however the old hoses are attached by what looks like shrink wrap. Do I want to remove this and if so what do I use to put back on?
