Default Stem valve over size ???

My heads have 1.600 Exhaust & 2.020 Intake Valves.
I have too mach freedom between the stem & the hole and my stem valves diameter are already + 0.003.
Where I can buy valves 2.02 + 1.6 with standard length (4.911) & over size stem diameter?.
The standard stem is 11/32 = 0.3415.
I need + 0.006 - +0.010 or 0.347 - 0.351 stem diameter.

Thanks

Pull the heads and have bronze bushing valve guides installed. That is the proper way to fix the problem.

A good machine shop will drill out the old guides, press in bronze ones and then ream them to the correct size. This is fairly standard and easy for a machine shop in the US but I see that you in Isreal. You need to find a machine shop that can work on a small block chevy. This is not a do-it-yourself kind of thing.

Oversize stems will just wear the guides out more and cause the problem to come back.

, plus the guides don't wear evenly, the holes are no longer round.

The heads are original without guides, someone just enlarge the hole and put valves with oversize stem dia' +.003.
Do you know what guides/bushing I need & where to buy them?
Thanks
