Default Hi Temp Powder Coating

i am thinking about powder coating my exhaust mainfolds (while I am powder coating every thing else ).

Anyone powder coat their exhaust manifolds? Where did you get the Hi Temp Powder. I looked at Eastwood - they have a factory grey that looks pretty good - but their prices are off the wall. $20.99 for half a pound!

Ohio Custom Coatings has a silver for $28/LB but no greys.

Suggestions anyone?

Thanks,

John

Check out Columbia Coatings (e-bay/ and web site). They have some high temp and as you check it out most of it is water base that you use touch -up gun on then bake to 500deg. You can not put the stuff on a fresh engine because even though you bake it it needs to slowly be brought up to a higher temp and you can not let a fresh engine idle. We had our headers coated by JET-Hot and real happy but looking forward to do it ourselfs on the next one shortly.
Good Luck wro87

WRO87 is right i had mine done black on a freshly rebuilt 383 and after it was broke in they turned a greyish white. Jet hot coating is the ticket.
