I have a ground wire that was on the passengers side rear valve cover on my 1982 corvette, and attached to the firewall some place. I dont remember what it fastened toon the fire wall. I was hoping some one could tell me or show pics to refresh my memory.

Thanks,
Not sure about the 82 but on my '79 a small braided strap connects the rear PS valve cover to a stud on the side of the distributor cover with a small wingnut.
It goes on the stud on the corner of the evaporator box along with the wiper motor ground, blower motor ground and a ground from the main engine harness

You should have a threaded stud coming out of the evap housing within reach of the strap.
