pinging after start up from storage?
Tank was full, had stabilizer in it, warmed it up for a good 15 minutes. Drove slow the first few miles, then on hard acceleration, pinged like crazy.
It's Lar's tuned, although that was 2 years ago, but nothing touched since.
Any ideas?

Get that old gas out, get new gas in, I would even add some Sea Foam to the gas.
What were your temperatures when you were driving hard?

Temp was normal, and as mentioned, the tank was filled with fresh gas in October and treated with StaBil. Never had this issue before
Dya think I could just add some Sea Foam into the old gas?

I guess I was thinking the gas was 2 years old based on the Lars mention...you just meant it's been stored since Oct. with a full tank. Okay, that's a lot better than 2 years. In that case Sea Foam won't do much.
I would look into timing, as you may be advanced a bit, and your fuel mixture might be subject too, considering it was treated with Stabil.

As mentioned, tune was done by Lars 2 years ago, so highly doubt anything there....
Will run out the old gas and see how it is on fresh 89 octane.

Clogged jets? You might be running lean?
Mine sprang a fuel leak efter hibernation. The fuel hose seems to have "shrunk" and didn't make a tight seal against the pipes.
