Default Stroker or Not

I have a 76 L82 with a tired motor. I talked to my local racing shop, Baldwin Racing Motors, and they quoted and additional $900.00 to upgrade to the 383 stroker. I'm looking to get 350hp from the rebuild which they said they could do on a standard rebuild and reworking the heads. I think I would be satisfied with 350hp. What would you guys do?

Thanks,
Mike

Do the 383. There's no such thing as too much power
