69 BB WP Belt question
Hi all,
I have a 69 BB with AC... the car came without the idler and had the "safety" style WP belt without adjustment. I've since purchased the correct idler pulley and some restoration belts from Quanta. The correct ...990 belt is way to big... Has anyone had a problem getting the correct belt for this configuration? What supplier / belt size did you run?

I also have a 69 L36 (427/390) engine and replaced all the belts last year. Although my car does not have A/C, I can appreciate your difficulty in finding the proper size belts. Forget all the catalogs. Go to your local NAPA store.
