im more posting this to see if anyone else has encountered this..
when i click on a page i visited once before, i have to refresh it to see anything new.. like if i had a new message alert on one page, everytime i reclick on that page, even after visiting others, i have to refresh the page or it continually says i have a new message.. i am new to this site, and maybe that is how it is supposed to work. just thought id check and see though

I had a problem like that after messing with my computer.

Go to Tools (at the top of the page)
INternet options
Under browsing history click settings
Where it says "check for newer versions of stored pages"
Click automatic.

Try that..
