Use Raamatt it is a much better and less exspensive product. I just talked to Rick and he recomended the following for my 82 C3.

1.5 rolls BXT
4.5 yards ensolite foam
2 cans adhesive for foam

Extreme is the sticky stuff.. original needs a hot day and a heat gun to install. Take your time and don't forget to cut-out your holes
a nice roller is also needed.
