Would one of the C3 experts interpret these numbers for me.

VIN 1Z67Z3S430694

Trim 404

Paint 976

Also on the trim tag is K 18 to the right of CHEVROLET

73' Convertible LS-4 big block.
Mille Miglia red
Black leather interior
K14= build date June 14th

Since the 6th digit is a 3, would this make this a '73?
