Default Body work!

Hi
I am confused about what I should use when doing body work on my 77.
I want to glass the bumpers and do some repairs on the fiberglass. Then paint it.

Epoxy or polyester resin ?
Do I need epoxy primer ?
And what is SMC? How do I now the difference, SMC / Fiberglass?

What products should I use when doing bodywork and prepping for paint?

Thanks

Your 77 is an SMC body, I prefer epoxy resin and epoxy primer.

Evercoat's SMC resin will stick just fine to a stock 77 body.

Good choice - just remember one thing. Epoxy bonds to surfaces mechanically, thus you really need to rough up the surface before applying it.
