one of my coworkers does shade tree upholstery and judging from work he has done for other coworkers, he's not bad. so we were talking about the seats in my vette and he says he can recover them custom for like $100.
i knew my seats were hacked from previous owners but, wow, they are bad. so i'm thinking about a darker version of buckskin for the color with black stitching and black piping but? can someone post up any good early seventies seat pics? restored interior or underseat and back-side shots or ideas would be helpfull too. i feel crappy about going the cheapy route and not doing the job "right" but money is tight right now.
