Default Original Engine Block for 73 Convertible?

Hello All,

can anyone tell me if the code I was able to get off the engine block is original to a 1973 Corvette Convertible?

The code that I was able to read (last 8) is VO103CKZ

Thanks for your help

I'll check when I get home and confirm if no one jumps in earlier.

Thanks Avner and Donnd for the response. The info you provided sounds about right for what I have in the car. The plate on the shift console reads 190 HP so its probably the original motor. I am going to look at the car and see if I can read the other digits on the pad on the engine block. The light I had available yesterday wasn't strong enough.

Anyone have any insight if original motor makes the car more valuable or is it just a nice feature to have?

Can anyone else add anything to this string?

Thanks
