They were advertising they would come out with an AC delete box. Since it was around $150 I figured I would just buy one instead of chopping up an AC heater box again and making my own. With the hours in fiberglass and filler work it just isn't worth the hassle if they have a nice product like that. So, I contacted them asking if they were available. They weren't at the time (sometime last year). I aksed them to let me know when they were available. Never received that (that was an omen, should have backed off then) so I routinely asked them if it was available. Low and behold, the beginning of March I was informed they were available so I placed my order the 15th, paid immediately and then the waiting game began. Never heard back from them so after 2 weeks roughly I decided I'd ask them what was going on as no box had arrived and there was nothing held up @ customs (I called them). I got a reply after sending the same email a gazillion times. It would be shipped the next day. WTF? I had paid them almost 3 weeks ago. Told them I thought that was not very cool and to ship it asap by air as I had paid for. Now, the weeks go by and still nothing. Now they don't answer emails and when I try to call their 1800 number I get an out of service message. I fear they have gone belly up.

credit card company should remove it no questions asked

if you used paypal, then it will take a little extra work, but they should reverse the charges. (If you used paypal, hopefully you funded it with a credit card because if paypal drags it's feet, you can have the credit card company charge back paypal)

neither statement helps you with getting the product you wAited on though.

 

I already filed for a refund but I don't want the money back, I want the AC delete box. The season is starting and i need it to button up the custom heater and the mallory ignition stuff all mounts to that box. I go nowhere without it. Just thought I'd inform peopel here tha if they want to buy one of their covers they'd be ready for some serious hassle.

Back a couple of years when I bought one for a 72 trans am it was no problem, it was here within 2 weeks.
