Default Buddy needs some help
Hi Guys and Gals:
My buddy has a 79 and sent me the following question:

How the heck do you put a license plate on the front? There are holes but you can’t even get a toothpick between body and backing. They are just holes no threads.

It's been awhile since I had my C3 and I don't remember. Thanks in advance for the help.

Hard to say without pics. My plates bolt on with the bottom two holes.

There was a front license plate bracket.
I have an original Corvette license plate bracket for 75-79 removed in the 70s (that I would sell). I don't run a front lic. plate.
