wiring help
hi im trying to help a buddy get his 76 vette on the road after sitting for 10 years.The car has to b inspected and has been mickey moused everywhere u look.I was actually lowered 4 inches in rear bellhousin g was 1 inch off ground.Anyway i replaced whole front light harneass as it was totaly horrified and headlight switch had to b wiggled to work.I installed a new switch but now when u plug in either the old switch or new one the park lights come on and stay on!I pulled wires out of headlight plug to clean and wonder if i mixed them up i did it 1 at a time so i dont think i did but u never now.Any help advice would b greatl appreciated thanks.

Did you ground the headlight switch? There is a metal ground strap attached to the back of the dashpad that the headlight switch goes through before putting the bezel on and tightening down the nut that holds it in.
