I have an 80 model that has the back window that raises up. I need weatherstrip for it and haven't found what I'm needing. I also need to replace the package tray, but can't find one with the holes cut for the posts on the window. Help! I'm almost finished!
I did not know that you could get a window that raised up in back in 1980. I know about the 82, just not the 80. That may be the reason you are having trouble finding this for an 80, it was not an option.

It was an aftermarket "kit' that was available before 82. If I'm not mistaken GM contracted that "kit" for use on the 82 collector edition models.
My 79 has the hatch rear glass made by Cars and Concepts. When I bought the car the rear glass leaked and I first thought the weather seal was bad. It wasn't the case and it turned out to be rotted #4 body mounts. This may not be the case with your car, but take a look. The body on mine actually drooped as the frame bracket rusted under the rubber seal that rests on the frame bracket. This opened a gap between the glass and weather seal. On one side I needed to make a reinforcement to weld on top of the frame bracket and replace the body mounts. It wasn't all that difficult and all done with the body on. BTW...the 83 CE hatch glass weather seal isn't inexpensive.
