I can appreciate what you went through recovering your seats. Recovering the seats was the first project tackled when I first bought my car. I recall it took all weekend. The first seat took much longer than the second. Previous posters are right, freshly covered seats add quite alot to the interior of a Corvette. Nice job.
seats look good think of the personal satisfaction you got while doing a good job and saving at least 300 for a part of the project you may not be able to do
DO NOT HAVE THE PATIENCE TO COVER MY SWEATS IN MY 78. So I brought them along with the recover kit ,new foam, and the seat frame repair kit and all new pivots nuts bolts and bumpers to the uphostlery shop on April 8th. aS OF TODAY MAYBE GET DONE NEXT WEEK. hOW IS THAT FOR PATIENCE.
They look great! Knowing it took you 16 hours, and the second one goes faster than the first, will keep me from getting discouraged when it's time to tackle mine. I've got more time than money!
