I recently had a 4 speed muncie given to me. As my tranny is about to go after the engine modifications. I need a new tranny. Any good sources on the clutch pedal assembly and the frame linkages. I got the clutch fork and shift linkages. Will any on the pedal and other parts from another chevy work, perhaps from a junk yard. I have a torch and a mig welder (could be dangerous). Tranny needs new clutch and pressure plate etc. I also have a 4L60E rebuilt.As I understand this tranny needs a computer to operate properly. Although I have conflicting data stating I could just install a lock up kit. Gimme Your thought on this

the main housing for an automatic and manual brake/gas pedal is the same. if you can get a manual brake pedal and a clutch pedal,, thay can be installed in the old housing. you'll need a clutch switch and bracket, also. post in the parts wanted section, or go to the dreaded e place.
