Has any one bought spares From Keenparts,I ordered spares online 6 day's ago ,within one hour i received an e mail stating that they will contact me via phone now six day's later no call .I have send two e mails but no reply

I bought a radiator support for my '70 just a few weeks ago via internet. They had the best price by >10% and it came within 10 days. Installed it yesterday and it fit perfectly. I'd just call them.

I needed a small part (wiper door adjusting nut) and the shipping would have been more than the part. They brought it with them to a show that I was going to be at, and I picked it up there. Kind of a nice little customer service extra.
