I'm sure they work as advertised...But $150.00 clams plus shipping for a piece of plastic that looks out of place IMHO just don't get it for me. Plus I enjoy the air in my hair...Or whats left of it!
For you amazons...I sympathize!

Thanks. I'll report on fitment when the unit arrives.

Just spoke with John at Ameripol, the Windjammer Manufacturer (800-727-6882). He said they will fit convertibles fine, and will provide some benefit there, but they were designed for coupes. The intent is to redirect wind over the back glass to reduce the wind noise in the cabin.

I would like the benefits but wonder about how it would look. Anyone with pics? (The online photo doesn't really tell me much.)

Admittedly, I like the looks of the car better without the Windjammer on, but it is very functional and make for a more pleasant driving experience. It looks like an add-on, which it is.

It's worth having.

Can someone tell me how it compares to driving with the T-Tops off but the windows rolled up? Quieter? About the same?

Thanks for making that call! Very nice of you to do that. I thought Windjammer might be a copyright. The comment that they were designed for coupes makes sense. But my limited experience with a roadster tells me any help is needed at 60mph. Lots of wind flying about. But I wanted a convertible so I will live with it .
