Check the flex hose on that wheel. The hose can separate between layers, and swell, causing it to lock the fluid int he caliper. You can check for this by jacking the rear up, and trying to turn the wheel by hand. If it's hard, loosen the bleeder to release some pressure, and then tighten it, and try to turn the wheel.
If it's easier after pressure was bled then you will want to replace the flex lines.
If it doesn't make it any easier, you may have a mechanical seizure of some kind and I suggest removing the pads and caliper and checking to see if the wheel turns.
