Stock original or not?

I have a 69 small block and was wondering if you know if this fuel filter bracket came on the motor originally or is this aftermarket/home made?
The fuel filter is a GF432

Hey Frank, Do you have a pic of the bracket mounted on the motor? Also, have you encountered buying the same filter from two different vendor and the diameter is different? One filter that fits the bracket that's shown and the other filter is larger and I have to spread the flat part out 1 1/4 inch. Thanks,Tony

Also make sure that the print on the filters is correct.
I bought some for my 68 and when I opened the boxes some were right side up and some were silk screened upside down.
