Older GM Positraction Additive Question
These 4 bottles have been in my possession for about 20 years, maybe longer. The bottles have never been opened until now. The additive looks stable and all 4 the coloring and liquid all look fine to me.
Is there any difference in today’s additive vs. the whale oil additive of yesteryear? I know the new additive is inexpensive to purchase. Just wondering if this stuff has a shelf life.

No direct experience, but I do know that chemicals break down in time. Look at gasoline. Additives are a combination of organic chemicals, and with time may separate and not be what they were. If GM was asking $70 a bottle, I still wouldn't consider it. just mt 2c. C.

A. They don't make it like they used to: That stuff is better than new!
B. Take those with you for extra points at the next NCRS meet.
