hey ZO6gal keep us posted with pictures, it looks as though its coming along very nicely . Are they laying out LT-1 stripes on the hood ?

Yep, the LT-1 stripes are going down and will be painted white.

I am hoping to get the car out of the shop by next week and actually be driving it by the end of summer!

Here is my 70 Roadster that is C6 Lemans Blue. I bought it like this and I really like it.

I saw this color blue at a show a couple of years ago




There was also a C3 in that color as well.

this is lemans blue restored basecoat/clearcoat Is the mulsanne really close to this color?

Pretty sure it's the exact same 976 color code, but with a new name for '70/'71. Same as Oldsmobile code 26 Viking Blue, Pontiac code 26 Lucerne Blue, etc. Could your '69 be any nicer? ; )
