Well they seem find on the phone but my first order of ten items and I get two of them and no explanation on the statis of the other items. I call them and it's oh one part is back ordered so we will ship the rest now! Find, I get that with one item not in the box, I call them and they oh I don't I'll call you back! That was two days ago! Seems pretty weak comunications here to me, not feeling very good about this order at all.

I've spent about $2k with them over the last couple months and found to be good pricing and reliable delivery. Now if I could just get them to call me back like they said they would twice on the status of my window washing **** I would give them a perfect score. That factored in they still get an A- cause the pricing is fantastic.

Manuel,

I did some checking and the switch you ordered is discontinued. I made some phone calls this morning and found one for you. I'm having the switch and the seal kit for your windshield sent to you second day air. You should see both on Weds. If you need further assistance, please email me direct at Willcoxcustomerservice@willcoxcorvette.c om

I've used willcox and gotten good prices and fast shipping. The real seller for me was a few people had problems with something and asked questions about it here. Someone from Willcox stepped in on the thread and offered to make iot right without being asked to. That's good business to me

I pretty much bought all of my interior from Willcox too and plan on buying everything else from them as well. Sorry to hear you're having a rough time getting one part Manuel, but I think Willcox is second to none and look forward to working with them in the future. I think all of the positive comments speak for the reliability and prices of Willcox.

Lighten up Francis!
After going out of his way to find a discontinued item from someone else and then eat the air freight, you still **** and moan.
You fulfill the latest saying - "no good deed goes unpunished".

Kudos to Willcox - always gave me great service and great deals. I am ordering carpet this weekend out of the discontinued list that he just gave us a heads up on.
Peace

Manuel,

No sir, you don’t need to post here to get resolve to any problem! We always ask that you please contact me personally at Willcoxcustomerservice@willcoxcorvette.c om . People make mistakes and it’s my job to fix them as quickly as possible!

I do not do sales, shipping, or orders (so please do not email me list or parts for prices) but I can fix any problem you have. I do customer service issues only in relation to order problems, car problems or install problems. I might even be helpful in fixing a problem with your car too!

Once I was aware of your problem I thought sending both parts to you by air mail the next day was the fastest way to fix the problem. I hope this was satisfactory to you.

Sincerely,

Willcox Inc.
