hash marks on vettes
what is the deal with the hash marks like the ones on the grand sports i know the represent two wins at lemans or somthing but should people put them on c3s?

Depends on the look you're going for. Don't think they'd look appropriate on a stock 75+.

AS I UNDERSTAND IT, THE FACTORY RACETEAMS PUT DIFFERENT HASH MARKS ON THE TEAM CARS SO THEY COULD TELL WHICH CAR WAS COMING INTO THE PITS. AT FIRST THEY COULDN'T TELL THE CARS APART FROM THE FRONT, SO THE SOLUTION WAS TO DO DIFFERENT HASH MARKS ON EACH CAR.
HOPEFULLY, SOMEONE MORE KNOWLEDGABLE CAN GIVE US SOME MORE INFORMATION.

What do you guys think of these? I just did this, these are actual authentic GM decals made for the Ron Fellows Edition 2007 Corvette ZO6's! Since Ron is a fellow Canadian, I wanted to pay my tribute to him for doing so much for the factory Corvette race team.

Basically true, counting the hash marks identified which Vette was present on the track

I like the contrast, but think they should only be on Drivers Fender.
Also only on a car that screams Muscle or Grand Sport.
I know that leaves alot of room for interpretation, but I can't see a stock coupe with no other mods having them.
