I have a pair to try with 4.25" bp, but the hub centric hole is too large (3.25" as opposed to 2.75"), need additional 7/16" spacer to clear the caliper, and need to install longer wheel studs.
Great to hear from some one who has done it already. Thanks
Thunder Racing sells some billet wheel spacers that are stud/lug centric. Not like those old Mr Gasket spacers with the huge holes that the lug nuts would just fall through. These actually fit tight on the studs, then you can use your regular acorn style or deep lugs(for lug centric wheels).
I ran into this problem when I put Z06 wheels on my T/a and the offset was way off. So I tried all the usual spacers and continued to get a wobble in the steering wheel. Once I found these spacers, I slapped em in and its perfect. Smooth as a stocker. I did use long ARP 220k psi studs though.
The spacers are balanced and precision machined.....About $100 for all 4 I believe it was.
I have Weld XP's on mine. Don't think they are made anymore unfortunately. 15X8X3.5" bs front with 235 60's. 15X9X5.5"bs back with 295 50's (with 5/16" spacer in back).
Have 1/2" shorter spring each side and offset trailing arms too.

I had some spacers made that were lug centric and hub centric. These are flat (9mm or 12mm thick) so do not go into the wheels. I did install longer studs.
I got the spacers from some on eBay, but don't remember who. Something like $60 for the set of 4.
