Hey all my buddy has this 71 vert with a 454 numbers matching . this car was his dads from new. He was just going to repaint it than it turned into a full frame off restoration. this car is like brand new. What do u all think it would be worth?
thanks jay
If it is truly the original paint and just like new, it will be worth a lot less with new paint. Right now, it may well be a Bloomington Gold Survivor candidate and an NCRS BowTie candidate. Repaint, and you will lose much of that.
I'd run it through those before I did a thing to the car except wash and wax it.
Not sure what the market is for the BB in the last 5to6 months is like but dont be suprised it it's over 25000.00.
Just in the few pic's you showed I see a few problems with the car, but it does look nice.

I don't think you can buy that car for $25k, I think more like $35k. BB, Vert, chrome bumpers.....$$$$
If I owned that car AND needed the money, $35K would be my fire sale price. There's too much nitpicking out there on cars. Too much nitpicking and you'll never end up with a car.
$30k - $35k at most for a non-A/C car.. Realistic value is probably somewhere in the upper $20k's
With factory A/C, I'd say that it's over $40k but not without A/C
