My understanding is that official reproduction window stickers from GM are not available for cars that were built before the factory was moved to Bowling Green. Other companies will do reproduction window stickers - I used the company below and was happy with the result.

The guy from the company was very responsive and seemed knowledgable (for example he noted that in mid-79 they made air conditioning and the sport mirrors standard and the vin for my dad's car was after the change so those items were not listed as options in the window sticker he produced)
You should call or email him about the Pace Car option.
Do a search for 'Dealer Invoice". With a copy of that($50) you can get an accurate reproduction from the company mentioned above.
A Pace Car window sticker should be pretty easy to do because there were very few options listed, most stuff was standard equipment listed in the left column.
The only real options available were CB radio, Gymkhana suspension, L82, Cruise control, and the choice of transmission was listed. You should pretty much know what you have.
The dealer invoice would give you the dealer and dealer codes and shipping info.
I believe there preference is to use an original build sheet or window sticker to build the reproduction. My Pace Car has the following on the window sticker (original).
L82
M21
NA2
Z78 LIMITED EDITION CORVETTE COUPE
15C
19L
GM used to provide both services for free, but now I think they have another company handling some of it.
I was able to get a copy of the original dealer invoice for my 79 as well as the restoration package back before they were charging for either service.
The National Corvette Museum can turn you on to a source to reproduce your window sticker "IF" you have the build sheet for your car. My 81 was built in St. Louis, but I faxed my build sheet to the Museum and they had it turned into a window sticker for me. I would suggest that you become a member of the museum and give them a call. See what they can do for you.
Here is what I used. I got this information after emailing Wilcox Corvette and then getting directly in contact with the guy that does this. It's $50, and all you need to do is email the address listed below along with a word doc filled out with your VIN, CC info, etc.. If you want a copy of this information and they Vehicle Invoice Order doc, email me at jer@mia.net and I will send it to you.

Allied-Vaughn provides copies of dealer invoices for the vehicles in their data base. Dealer invoices look a lot like window stickers but contain information window stickers do not. Personally, I prefer the invoice.
My advice would be to contact Allied-Vaughn and see if you can obtain a copy of the dealer invoice for your PC. Take the information off the dealer invoice and have someone reproduce a window sticker for you.
Just placed an order for my window sticker. Got my Dealer Invoice original copy from Stacy today. Fast turn around time. Lots of neato information.
For one, it lists my car as having the leather buckets. But when I redid the interior I went with Vinyl, as I thought that is what they were. Oh well, the vinyl wears better IMO.
Also, another odd thing. My car shows as coming with the aluminum wheels. When I bought it, it had rallys. I like the rally wheels better personally. I just have to wonder what the deal is there. Did it really come with rallys, or did someone change to the rallys later, or did the dealer? Odd..
The fact that is listed on the NCRS board as being from a second Corvette from Dumas means the probability they existed is good and the person who posted it (you?) belongs to the NCRS. Does that make it original, not unless you bought the car or the owner has the documented history.
