Pinch bolt
Say, what in the world is a pinch bolt? Is it a bolt that can/should only be used once? The one I am questioning is the one at the end of the steering shaft that (helps or holds) the shaft in the upper half of the rag joint bracket. Thanks.

Use it as many times as you want. It describes what it does, not anything specific about the bolt. some are 12pt bolts, there is a torque spec on them you should follow, 30ft/lbs according to haynes.
