If it's the one to depress the lock plate to remove the c-ring, you can buy it at any autoparts store.

I've seen it called a lock plate compressor. Find someone who really knows their parts behing the counter, not just someone that looks up stuff on the computer. Anyone who has done work on older cars will know exactly what it it. I think I got mine at the local Napa.
