I am looking to cover up the wires in my engine bay and make it look a little neater in there. What are some of you guys using to do this? Is there any new stuff out there for this purpose? Thanks in advance.
Automotive wire loom (the split convoluted tubing you see under the hood of most cars) is available in most auto parts stores. If you need a lot, try Waytek Wire
(www.waytekwire.com)
You can get special T fittings and end fittings to give your installation a finished look. Use heat shrink tubing on the ends where you can, (you have to disconnect the wires to slide the tubing on) and electrical tape where you can't use heat shrink tubing.
Good luck! It's a worthwhile project that will really clean up the look of your engine bay, and won't cost much to do.
