What color and how many wires going to it? If it has three wires one that is pink,white,and black it is the anti-thief relay,but if the wires are tan,pink with white stripe,and pink it is the seat belt warning and parking brake overide realy.That is from looking at a wiring dia.for a 73. it must be the seat belt relay I forget to mention that it has manual windows, the problem is that what ever it is the wires to it were cut before I got the car
